Join us for a unique and liberating collaboration between Crash & Catharsis Rage Factory and Dream Free Art Studio. This one-of-a-kind event combines the therapeutic power of artistic expression with the exhilaration of breaking barriers… literally! Unleash your creativity, let go of stress, and create something beautiful out of the chaos.

Experience the fusion of fun and healing as you embark on a journey of self-discovery, creativity, and catharsis. Our goal is to create an atmosphere where you can express yourself freely, let go of stress, and leave with a tangible reminder of your strength and resilience.

Event Highlights:
Journaling & Creation (30 minutes):
Participants will begin by tapping into their thoughts and emotions through guided journaling on paper and plates provided by Dream Free Art Studio.
Engage in a calming and reflective atmosphere, setting the stage for the transformative journey ahead with a unique playlist for creation.
Rage Room Experience (30 minutes):
Enter the Crash & Catharsis Rage Factory, where you'll have the opportunity to release pent-up energy and stress by breaking the items created during the journaling session.
Prior to the Breaking Waivers, Safety Gear and Safety Procedures will be reviewed
Feel the liberating and empowering sensation as you let go of the old to make space for the new you in 2024.
Mosaic Art Creation (60 minutes):
Gather the shattered pieces from the Rage Room and bring them back to the art studio setting.
Under the guidance of skilled artist Tina Harper, transform the broken fragments into a unique mosaic masterpiece, symbolizing the beauty that can emerge from chaos.
BYOB:
For the evening event, participants aged 21 and older can bring their favorite beverages to enhance the creative process and celebrate their newfound artistic creation.
